At Bedsure® Get Cozy, we want you to love your sleep sanctuary; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unwashed, like-new condition to qualify.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original Bedsure packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is neatly folded.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
